How do I return an item?

If you'd like to return an item, please contact us at support@salusvip.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions to complete your return.


What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you've received merchandise that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please reach out to us as soon as possible. To ensure a smooth resolution, please include the following when contacting us:

  • Photographs of the item(s) in question
  • Any relevant references from the shipment or packaging

We will do our very best to resolve your case promptly and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.


What if I don't receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us immediately so we can investigate and assist you further.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US Dollars. However, once your order arrives at its destination, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be applied. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay.
Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For further details regarding these charges, please reach out to your local customs office.

When will my order be processed?

We handle and ship orders directly from our warehouse. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the order date, and they will be shipped the next day after processing.
Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays and sales, processing times may take slightly longer.
